1. Maintaining Cleanliness: As a Cleaner at Embassy Grand, your primary responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to ensure a pristine environment.
2. Dusting and Vacuuming: You will be responsible for dusting furniture and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a spotless appearance.
3. Bedroom and Bathroom Maintenance: Making beds, changing sheets, distributing clean towels and toiletries, and cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
4. General Cleaning: Disinfecting operating rooms and other areas, cleaning and disinfecting elevators, and ensuring a hygienic environment throughout the establishment.
5. Customer Service: Handling and reporting lost and found items, addressing customer complaints or concerns, attending to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and providing basic information on facilities.
6. Maintenance Tasks: Washing windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
